Problem Cause Remedy
The exchange unit
cannot be removed
and the LED "Status"
is flashing slowly. It is being dosed or filled
and/or the Dosimat is not in
the exchange position. Stop the run or carry out a "filling".
The exchange unit
cannot be removed
from the Dosimat. Piston and/or flat stopcock
are not in filling position. ￭ Carry out the [Filling] on the control device.
Check the cable connections to the control
instrument.
￭ Switch the instrument off and on again.
The flat stopcock is
blocked. The flat stopcock is conta-
minated, corroded or worn
out. ￭ Carefully loosen the flat stopcock out of its
holder and switch the control device off and
on again.
￭ Put the flat stopcock into water with a small
amount of dishwashing detergent or into
ethanol and eventually clean it with ultra-
sonic. Rinse it thoroughly and place it again
into the flat stopcock holder.
￭ Replace the defectous flat stopcock.
