13. Connect the aspirating tip with the waste bottle using
6.1805.210 tubing.
14. Tubings and cables can be fixed at the sides of the dis-
tributor.
Note:
You may use the 6.1808.040 adapter instead of the distributor.
Screw the adapter directly onto the 6.2740.030 rinsing nozzle and
connect the tubing of the rinsing solution at the adapter.
1.2 Assembly for potentiometric titrations
see picture on the rear page.
1. Fix titration vessel on the stand rod.
2. Set the 6.2740.030 rinsing nozzles into the rear apertures:
Put 6.2730.030 nipple, then E.301.0022 O-ring onto the
rinsing nozzles and screw it into the apertures.
3. Cut 2 cm of 6.1543.120 aspirating tip and place it in the right
front aperture: Set 6.2730.030 nipple, then E.301.0022 O-
ring onto the aspirating tip and screw it into the aperture.
4. Close the small apertures with 6.2730.030 stoppers.
Close the big aperture to the right with 6.2730.060 nipple
and 6.2709.090 stopper.
5. Set E.301.0035 O-ring into the big aperture to the left, screw
6.2730.060 nipple into this aperture and insert the electrode.
6. Fill adsorber tube with protecting agent if necessary (or
leave it empty) and screw it into the middle aperture using
6.2730.070 stopper.
7. Set 6.2730.020 septum stopper into the middle aperture in
the front.
8. Remove stopper of the rear middle aperture and insert buret
tip with titrating agent.
9. Place stirring bar in the titration vessel and fix the vessel to
the lid. Take care that the 6.1454.030 gasket is straight.
Adjust the height of the titration vessel.
10. Set 6.1808.100 distributor onto the titration vessel lid and fix
it at the stand rod.
11. Connect the rinsing nozzles with the 2 outer apertures of the
distributor using 6.1805.010 tubing.
