The Cyclopital3D Wide-angle lens allows you to vary your techniques
by extending the field of view (FOV) to 72 degrees and enabling the
use of a multitude of accessory filters, lenses and other attachments.

In addition to the obvious advantage of getting more into the scene,
you can also get a little closer to your subject when “infinity” is in the
background while maintain the same amount of parallax in the image.

Tips for use:

You will need to ZOOM in slightly to eliminate vignetting and/or
black lines on the edge of the screen. The wide-angle lens hood is
a useful guide for determining how much zoom is necessary. You
don't have to limit yourself to the widest FOV when shooting. The
benefit of the wide-angle lens is that it gives you more "range," so
you can zoom to "normal" or even longer if that's what works for the
shot. Note that with or without the wide-angle lens, zooming too far
can cause "card-boarding" in your image if you don't widen the
stereo base of the camera.
