M4s1 installation instructions, M4s1, Hanguard system
Using the buddy system or handguard
removal tool, remove your existing
thermal hand guards.
Tip: Buddy System ( person #1 pushes
down on delta ring while person #2
removes handguard.
Insert the upper portion of the
M4S1 rail into the handguard cap
and bottom delta ring.
Insert the lower portion of the
M4S1 rail into the handguard cap
and delta ring. Buddy System by

Bottom rail attachment using sling
swivel mount for additional stability.
Option A: Use a 3/32’ pin punch to
remove the forward sling swivel from
the rifle.
Bottom rail attachment without
using sling swivel mount.
Option B: Cut the front of the bottom
rail off if you don’t want to use the
sling swivel mount.
Install rail to bottom handguard.
Attach the bottom rail to the
M4S1 so that it locks in where
the sling swivel was removed.
(2 bottom rails 1.75” & 4”
included)
