The Activation Code is created when initially activating the phone through the
Loner por
. Contact your safety administrator or
Blackline GPS to obtain your Activation Code. It should be sent to you via SMS.
If the activation code is valid, select Yes to Start Monitoring. If the activation code is invalid,
please try again or contact Blackline GPS.
Configuration and Settings
Most settings in Loner Mobile are saved in a configuration message that is synchronized
with the server. Depending on your specific company policy, these parameters may or
may not be available to adjust in the BlackBerry. There are additional BlackBerry specific
parameters that are still controlled by the User and can be found part way down the
Settings page. The screens below illustrate the difference when a user has the ability to
modify parameters versus when they are controlled by the server (view only).
