5. If the resistance is less than 10k Ohms, then disconnect
the main connector from the processor and recheck
the resistance on the blue wire. If the resistance is
still less than 10k Ohms then a short may exist in the
wiring harness (a screw may have been driven in to
the wire). If the resistance is greater than 10k Ohms
then temporarily replace the processor with a known
good unit and re-test.
6. Reconnect the main connector to the processor
and recheck the resistance on the blue wire. If the
resistance is greater than 10k Ohms then temporarily

Once the problem has been found and resolved, clear the
AutoVue
®
LDW system Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs)
by cycling the ignition power.
