Eichungskontrolle
a) Kontrolle der Streumengeneichung
- Wenn während der Streuung ein Unterschied
zwischen der linken und rechten Seite
festgestellt wird, die beiden folgenden Eichungen
kontrollieren:
➩ 1) Eichung der Rührwerke
- Die Ablenkung auf der Streumengenöffnung
muß symmetrisch sein, deshalb die Schraube
des Kipphebels ➀ im Langloch ➁ unter dem
Behälter einstellen.
- Der Abstand zwischen dem Rührwerkfinger ➂
und dem Schieber muß 10 mm betragen, dafür
die Position des Halters ➃ einstellen (es kann
sein, daß dieser Abstand nicht genau 10 mm
beträgt, wichtig ist, daß die beiden Rührwerke
das gleiche Maß haben, Beispiel: 12 mm).
Contrôle étalonnage
a) Contrôle étalonnage débit
- Si vous observez une différence de débit entre
les côtés gauche et droit au cours de
l’épandage, veuillez contrôler les deux
étalonnages suivants :
➩ 1) Etalonnage des agitateurs
- Le balayage doit être symétrique sur l’ouverture
de débit, régler pour cela la vis du balancier ➀
dans la lumière ➁ placée sous la trémie.
- L’espace entre le doigt de l’agitateur ➂ et la
trappe doit être de 10 mm, pour cela, régler la
position du support ➃ (cette distance peut ne
pas être exactement de 10 mm, le plus
important, c’est que les deux agitateurs aient la
même cote, exemple : 12 mm).
Calibration check
a) Flow calibration check
- If you notice a difference in flow rate between
the right-hand and left-hand side whilst
spreading, check the following two calibrations:
➩ 1) Agitator calibration
- The sweep should be symmetrical over the
outlet. If required, adjust the swing arm screw ➀
in the aperture ➁ below the bin.
- The space between the pawl of the agitator ➂
and the shutter should be 10 mm. If required,
adjust the position of the support ➃ (it may be
that this distance is not exactly 10 mm - it is
more important that the dimension is the same
for the two agitators, e.g. 12 mm).
