6- Install air cleaner onto backplate followed by the cover. Use three Phillips head screws applying blue threadlock to all. Tighten Phillips head
screws until they bottom.
5- Place gasket on S&S® backplate as shown in Picture 8 and install on motorcycle using the remaining three slotted head screws with pre-
applied blue threadlock. Insert breather screws through ears of backplate and torque to 16 ft-lbs. See Picture 9.
