GETTING STARTED
Set the peeler on an even, smooth countertop or cutting
board. Hold the peeler firmly at the round base and move the
suction clamp lever

to the lock position. Make sure the
clamp is securely suctioned to the surface before proceeding.
Make any of the following adjustments in preparation for use:
• Remove the protective cap from the prongs

• Slide the spindle

back as far as it will go by pressing the
spring-loaded spindle release lever

and pulling the spindle
by the handle

. NOTE: The prongs should pass through
the round coring blade

. If the prongs cannot pass through
the coring blade, loosen the coring blade wingnut

and
carefully
adjust the coring blade unit

until the
prongs can pass through the center. Retighten the wingnut.
Use caution! Do NOT hold onto the slicing blade side

of the coring blade unit to adjust.

• Center the core of the apple in front of the prongs

and
push the stem end securely onto the prongs.
• Turn the handle

to begin the process.
NOTE: Adjust the peel thickness by loosening the peeling
blade wingnut

and sliding the peeling blade

forward
or back. Re-tighten the wingnut.
• Continue turning the handle

until the apple has
completely cleared the coring blade unit

. Remove the
sliced apple by pulling it away. Remove the core by pulling
it off the prongs

the coring blade unit

• Loosen the coring blade wingnut

and rotate the coring
blade unit

out of the way or remove it completely.
Use caution! Do NOT hold onto the slicing blade side

of the coring blade unit to adjust.

• Hold the spring-loaded peeling blade assembly

from the spindle

• Flip the peeling blade lock

into the locked position.
