Emissions
Noise characteristic values:
Noise measurement is carried out according to DIN 45636-031-
01-KL3.
The noise characteristic values depend on the set amplitude or
sieve bottom acceleration, the number of sieves mounted and
the type of material to be sieved.
Example 1:
Emission value related to workplace LpAeq = 63 dB(A)
Operating conditions:
Material to be sieved = quartz sand, grain size < 1mm, 5 sieves
amplitude = 1.5 mm
Example 2:
Emission value related to workplace LpAeq = 67 dB(A)
Operating conditions:
Material to be sieved = quartz sand, grain size < 1mm, 5 sieves
amplitude = 3 mm
Maximum loading
max. quantity of material to be sieved = 3 kg
max. weight of sieve set = 6 kg
Types of protection
IP54 or IP20 in the region of the opening in the sieve support
