MK-145 OPERATION
Diagonal Cutting:
DO NOT FORCE TOOL, it will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it
was designed.
(A)
Place the Diagonal
Cutting Guide against
the Adjustable Cutting
Guide and fit the tile into
the retaining slot of the
Diagonal Cutting Guide
(B)
Loosen the two (2)
Retaining Knobs, align
the Adjustable Cutting
Guide to the desired cut
position and retighten the
Retaining Knobs
(C)
Set Blade Guard above the
top of the Tile
(D)
Turn on the MK-145 and
verify cooling water flow
around Blade Guard
(E)
Feed the tile into the
Diamond Blade with a
steady even pressure
(forcing the tile will cause
the blade to slow which
could cause motor
overheating)
(F)
Turn saw OFF when
cutting is complete
