NOTE:

If you place the handset back on the base
station, and the other handset does not answer,
your handset will ring after 30 seconds.
When you answer you will be reconnected to the
original caller.

To put intercom and external calls on hold

When you have two calls on the same line, you
can put them both on hold:

• Press the ➔ button until display shows

HOLD

CALLS.

• Press the ✔ button. Display flashes

INT

and shows

CALLS HELD flashing.

• Press the

TALK

button to speak to your

external caller or press the

INTERCOM

button

to speak to your intercom caller.

To transfer a call

You can transfer an external call to any other
handset registered to the same base station.

When you are on an external call:

• Press the

INTERCOM

button. Your caller is

put on hold and will hear a series of beeps.

• Press the number of the handset to which you

want the call transferred. Display shows

INT

CALL and the handset number you are calling.
The other handset rings.

• When your call is answered, you can tell them

there is a call for them.

• Press the ➔ button until the display shows

TRANSFER.

• Press the ✔ button and the call is transferred.

If the other handset does not answer:

• Press the

INTERCOM

button to reconnect to

your external caller. If the other handset has
not answered after 15 seconds, you will be
reconnected to your external caller
automatically.
