Instructs the modem to exit on-line command mode
and return to data mode

Issues a retrain before returning to on-line data mode.

Issues a rate renegotiation before returning to on-line data
mode.
P—Select Pulse Dialing
Use this command to configure the modem for pulse dialing. All
subsequent
D
dialing until either the T command or a tone dial modifier is
received by the modem. Tone dialing is the default setting.
This command does not use parameters and generates an
ERROR result code when parameters are
attached to the command.
