14.0 Procedure for checking and replacing the motor drive belt
Remove the 6 screws retaining the machine base as shown below:
Turn the machine over revealing the motor drive belt. Loosen the set screw retaining the idler pulley, as
indicated below. The shaft retaining the pulley should now be free to remove, Once removed the belt can
easily be replaced. Assembly is the reverse of disassembly.
