Troubleshooting
Problem Resolution
Unit is not Outputting any Video
• Ensure the TV is on the correct Video Input
• Ensure the Camera is turned on and the
power LED light is showing green.
• Ensure the Power Supply is connected, If
the unit is running on battery power then
the battery may have been drained.
Unit Has no Power
• Ensure the power supply is snugly
connected to the power connection on the
cable
• The Power Supply may have a damaged
fuse or connection. Contact technical
support or replace with 12V 500mA Unit.
Image is Distorted
• Ensure the ‘TV Output’ is set correctly.
Most units in North America require NTSC.
• Ensure the outlet that the power supply is
connected to is properly grounded.
• Proximity to large amounts of other
cabling can cause interference. Ensure the
cable running from the camera to the TV is
unrolled and not near other cables.
