Operating Instructions
1. To Start Clock
Remove battery cover. Insert one new" AA"battery in the
battery compartment according to the polari ty of the (+)
and (
-
) signs inscribed.
2. To Set Time
Turn th e time set knob counter clockwise to the desired
time
3. To SetAlarm
Turn th e alarm set knob counter clockwise to the desired
time.
4. ToTu rnAlarm OnlOff
Slide the alarm switch to the left to activate the alarm
function.
Slide the alarm swit ch to the right to deactivate the alarm.
TWO YEAR WARRANTY (U.S.A.)
Equity products are warranted for two years from the date of consumer purchase
against defects in material and workmanship. During this period such defects will be
repaired, or the product will be replaced at Equity' s option, without charge. This
warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or negligence.

WARRANTIES OR FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY, ARE LIMITED IN
DURATIONTO THE PERIOD ENDING ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty willlastso the
above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights
and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
If your clock isn' t working, send it with a letter explaining the problem and $5.00 for
