Copy a base directory entry to a handset
1. Press then scroll or to the entry you want.
2. Press Options and scroll or to Copy Entry .
Press OK .
3. Scroll or to select the handset and press OK .
4. The receiving handset shows Copying from Base .
Copy entire base directory to a handset
1. Press .
2. Press Options and scroll or to Copy All .
Press OK .
3. Scroll or to select the handset and press OK .
4. The receiving handset shows Copying from Base .

IMPORTANT
If you are trying to copy more
entries into the directory than
there is space for (maximum 100),
the directory entries being copied
will replace the existing entries on
the handset.
You cannot copy directory entries
from a handset to the base.
You can only copy from base to
handset.
