Fast Air Probe
For air temperatures always use the fast response air probes.
Try to place the probe in a moving air flow, or if you can wave
the probe around to speed up the response. (Still air is a very
good thermal insulator so in a closed refrigerator you may need
to wait minutes for the readings to finally stabilise).

Between Pack Probe
For fast temperature checks of packaged goods without
damaging the pack, this flexible probe should be placed
between two similar packs. It can be shaped to exactly fit the
required surfaces.

Surface Probe
For measuring the temperature of flat surfaces like chilled
display cases or hot plates. Ensure that the surface is wiped
clean before use. Take extra care when measuring hot surfaces.
