The battery pack will not charge and the charge indicator light
is off.
possible cause:
The battery is already fully charged and the indi-
cator light is broken.
possible cause:
The battery pack is exposed to an excessively hot
or cold environment. Place the battery in a suit-
able environment and after it returns to normal
temperature try again.
solution:
The battery may be bad and may need to be
replaced, contact your service center for more
details.
A beeping sound is heard and the low-battery indicator is on.
solution:
The battery power is nearly used up. Connect the
AC adapter to your computer.
