4.4 Quick Setup
Right click on the MFP server icon in the system tray to see the MFP servers
you have designated for the “My Favorite List”. You can directly connect or
disconnect the all-in-one printer and check its status from the here.
Quick Setup
Status The current status of the all-in-one printer will be
displayed here. “Connected” indicates that you are
connecting to the all-in-one printer. “Busy” indicates the
all-in-one printer is being used. “Idle” indicates that the
all-in-one printer is free to use by any users.
Connect If the all-in-one printer is free to use, “Connect” will be
available. Otherwise it will be grayed out.
