ASSEMBLY
2.2 ATTACHING THE HITCH
Determine which set of holes to use to achieve the
desired distance from the tow vehicle. The two sets
of holes are 16" apart.
Thread the wiring harness through the hitch pole mak-
ing sure the correct end of the hitch pole is facing the
trailer.
Slide the hitch pole into the hitch mount channel on
the truck loader frame. Attach the hitch to the frame
using 1/2" x 4" bolts and centerlocknuts provided in
the owner's kit. Tighten to the proper torque (Section
6.3).

2.3 ATTACHING THE WHEELS
Align the wheel lug holes on the wheel with the wheel
studs on the hub.
Thread the wheel studs into the lug holes and secure
with five 1/2" lug bolts. Follow a star pattern when
tightening lug bolts. Torque to 80-95 Ft-lbs.
Repeat for the remaining wheel.

2.4 ATTACHING THE VACUUM HOSE
TO THE HOSE SUPPORT
The vacuum hose and the vacuum hose support is shipped
connected to the truck loader. However, the hose will have
to be attached to the support with the provided chain.
2.5 ATTACHING THE BLOWER DIS-
CHARGE TUBE
Attach the blower discharge tube to the mounting flange
on the truck loader frame.
DANGER
Do not operate this unit without the discharge tube
correctly installed. Flying debris can cause serious
personal injury.
NOTE
Check torque after the first 10-15 miles. Re-torque to
80-95 Ft-lbs. if needed. Re-check for proper torque
every 100 miles.
