1. Remove bolt which secures engine tray to the turn-
table. Swing engine tray out to gain access to RPM
adjustments.
2. Disconnect wire harness from ADDCO, install JLG
wire harness kit #4921850 to the ADDCO and
engine harness as shown in diagram below. Start
the engine and allow it to come up to operating tem-
perature. Position toggle switch to MID engine.
Adjust MID #1engine pot on ADDCO CCW, retract
actuator (higher), or CW, extend actuator (lower),
until MID engine runs at 1800 RPM.
3. Position toggle switch to HIGH engine. Adjust HIGH
#2 engine pot on ADDCO CCW, retract actuator
(higher), or CW, extend actuator (lower), until MID
engine runs at 2800 RPM.
NOTE: Actuator cable travel must stop slightly before lever
makes contact with throttle lever stop. Failure to do
so will burn out actuator.
4. Remove test harness and re-connect engine har-
ness.
