The tubes and lid strips can only be used once.
Use gloves.
Lid strips with low-level optical surfaces.
Tube Strips.
Place the lid strip with the optical surface
downwards into the tube strip or the 96 PCR
plate. To do this, use the alignment with the
markings A and H.
Press the lid strips firmly onto the tube.
For assistance use the accompanying tools.
With the flat side the lids can be selectively
pressed onto the tube (see image).
After pressing control the right seating of the lid
strip on the tube strips or the 96 PCR plates as
usual.
Because of the high density it is more difficult to
open the lid strips.
After a completed PCR always move the lid strips
sideways when pulling up. Lid after lid can be
thus loosened in the well and afterwards taken off.
