Masterclear Cap Strips and PCR Tube Strips
– In exceptional cases (e.g. high vapor pressure of the reagents) the tube lid may
burst open at increased temperatures, especially when the lid is not properly
sealed or the lip seal is damaged.
– Observe the maximum filling volume. When opening the tubes, liquid at the lid
may splash out.
– Only use undamaged and visibly perfect tubes.
When sealing the tubes do not damage the seal lip.
– Avoid contamination by taking adequate precautions after opening the bag of
PCR clean tubes.
