SPECIAL LIMITATIONS
Aerial work platform will only drive with the outriggers in the retracted position.
The outriggers will only retract when the scissor stack is all the way down.
Aerial work platform will only raise and lower with the outriggers in the extended position.
The raise function on Aerial work platform will only work when the work platform is level.
The machine is not intended to be driven over rough or very soft terrain.
PLATFORM CAPACITY
The maximum platform capacity for the XT24SD is 227 kg (500 lbs). Two people max may occupy the
platform.
DO NOT exceed the maximum platform capacity or the platform occupancy limits for this machine.
If the platform capacity exceeds the rated load the machine will sound an audible alarm and overload
light will be illuminated. After the machine hits overload the machine must be completely lowered and
weight must be unloaded below the rated capacity.
MANUAL FORCE
Manual force is the force that is applied by the occupants to objects such as walls or other structures
outside the work platform.
The maximum allowable manual force is limited to 667 N (150 lbs.) of force per occupant, with a
maximum of 1334 N (300 lbs.) for two occupants.
DO NOT exceed the maximum amount of manual force for this machine.

Never operate the machine when winds speeds exceed 12.5m/s (28 mph) [Beaufort scale 6].
