The fitment of any component other that approved
items designed for use with this machine can result

DO NOT fit replacment parts other than genuine
components without the express written approval from
the manufacturer.
All personnel shall be qualified, carefully read, understand and obay all safety rules,operating instructions
and manual of responsibilities before performing maintenance on or operating any mobile elevating work
platform.
1. Do not use a damaged or malfunctioning machine.
2. Be sure all labels, operating instructions & instruction manuals are in place and legible.
3. If alarm sounds when boom is stowed do not operate boom functions. Move to a firm level surface.
4. If alarm sounds when elevating STOP, turn key to "Emergency Down", then carefully lower platform. DO
NOT rotate booms before significantly reducing the outreach.

DO NOT operate within 10 feet ( 3m) of power
lines or electrical apparatus.
Look up, down and around for electrical wires.
Check work area for overhead obstructions or
other possible hazards.
Thoroughly check all clearances before
