Trouble
Check

Solution
The motor / engine
is running, but
the connected
rescue equipment
does not move
when the valve is
actuated.
Check hose line
Hose line not
connected properly or
is damaged
Inspect the connection
of the hose line and,
if necessary, reconnect
Check the
position of the
valve lever on the
pump block of the
hydraulic unit
Valve not switched to
pressurise the supply
line.
Switch valve to
pressurise the supply
line.
Defective pump unit
Have repaired by
authorised dealer or
directly by LUKAS
Connect another
device and
check whether it
functions when
the valve is
actuated
The previously
connected device is
defective.
For the solution,
consult the operating
instructions for the
connected device
Mono-coupling
(female) defective
Replace mono-coupling
(female)
The connected
rescue equipment
does not move on
activation of the
valve, or moves
only very slowly or
unevenly.
Connect another
device and
check whether it
functions when
the valve is
actuated
The previously
connected device is
defective.
For the solution,
consult the operating
instructions for the
connected device
Check the
position of the
valve lever on the
pump block of the
hydraulic unit
Pressure relief on
the unit is still active
(circulation at static
pressure)
Check the switching
positions of the
valve lever(s) and,
if necessary, reset
(as far as the
¿ nal
position)
Defective pump unit
Have repaired by
authorised dealer or
directly by LUKAS
Air in hydraulic system Vent the hydraulic
system
Mono-coupling
