STEP1:
Make sure you have all necessary tools and hardware.
Hardware Included : ( all grade 8 hardware )
(8) ½” x 1.5” coarse thread Grade 8 Bolt plates
(16) ½” Washers
(8) ½” Lock Washers
(2) ½” Retainer Washers
(8) ½” Coarse Thread Nuts
(4) 3/8 SOCKET CAP WINCH BOLTS
(4) 7/16 ALLEN HEAD WINCH BOLTS
(4) ALLEN HEAD BOLT & NUT (for logo)
(1) Small Road Armor Logo
STEP 2:
• Uninstall OEM bumper
Remove Brace from under carriage to bumper.

• Remove tow package bolts and save the hardware (you will
be using them with the new hardware).

• Install the new brackets on each side (they make an “L”
shape that points to the outside of the vehicle.
To get the brackets to fit snug and proper, you may have
to do some minor trimming in various spots.

• Set the 1/2 bolts into the bracket so the threads face towards
the cab. on one of the bolts use a retaining washer to hold
the bolt in place (do this for both mounts).
Use a small socket to make it easier the pust the retainer
washer on.

• Install the brackets using the stick OEM bolts you took off
the tow package and tighten them down.
