STEP 1 :
Make sure you have all necesary tools and hardware.
Hardward Kit Includes : ( all Grade 8 )
(8) 1/2” x 1.5” Bolt Plates
(16) 1/2” Washers
(8) 1/2” Lock Washers
(8) 1/2” Nuts
(4) 7/16” Allen Head Bolts
(4) 3/8” Allen Head
(2) 1/2” Retainer Washers
(4) Allen Head Bolts and Nuts
(1) Road Armor Logo
STEP 2:
• Park on a level surface
• Pop Hood
• Remove license plate
• Discnnect battery
• Disconnect all lights (OEM Fog lights, OEM
Headlights)
They should unclip, or twist and
pull 
• After this is done you are free to start the
removal of your old stock wimpy, weak,
pathetic bumper.
• Remove fender extenders that are be-
tween the light and upper bumper cover.
Be careful when you get to the bumper ex-
tension pieces under the lights and above the
bumper cover, as these are very breakable.
Proper tools are suggested so nothing breaks
on you.
See pictures 3 and 3A for illustra-
tion.
• Optional (makes the job a little easier for
bolts to get tightened) Remove Trans-cool-
er as shown below, you will lose a little
fluid.
See pictures 5 and 5A.
• Make sure you have everything stock off
the truck you need in order to get this
bumper on correctly and with ease!
Headlights, Fog Lights, Upper Bumper
covers, Bumper Extenders, Stock Bumper,
Bumper Frame, and Misc. other parts.
