STEP 1 :
Make sure you have all necessary tools and hard-
ware.
Hardware Kit Includes : ( all Grade 8 )
( 8 ) 3/8”x1” Bolts
( 20 ) 3/8” Washers
( 12 ) 3/8” Lock Washers
( 12 ) 3/8” Nuts
( 2 ) 1/2 Retainer Clips
( 8 ) 1/2” Tabed Bolts
( 4 ) 1/2x1” bolts
( 8 ) 1/2” Nuts
( 12 ) 1/2” Washers
( 8 ) 1/2 Lock Washers
( 4 ) Allen Head Bolts
( 2 ) 12x40mm Bolts
( 2 ) 8x25mm Bolts
( 4 ) #10 x .75” Allen Head Screw
( 4 ) #10 Lock Washers
( 4 ) #10 Nuts
STEP 2:
• Park on level surface and Disconnect Positive Battery
Terminal.
• Remove all the bolts from the OEM plastic bumper.
• Remove the OEM upper bumper mount. Corner mounts
take a little bit of force to pop off once all bolts are
out once all bolts are removed.
• Remove Factory bumper cross member and mounts.
• Hit the 8 studs out of bumper mount with a hammer.
Hit the studs on a angle to break the tack welds (2 of
these will be reused on the lower outside corner facing
the other direction).
• Unbolt lower head light mount.
• Cut the headlight mount right in front of the vertical
mount and reinstall.
• Remove front body mount nut and rubber spacer on
both passenger side and driver side.
