• Take the two tabs that have three nuts welded to them and place them in the same location
as the tow hooks and using the six 1/2” bolts supplied. The triple nut plates are installed back
after the stiffener bracket in picture 3 is put in place.

• At this time take the two tabs that have the 1/2” bolts welded to them and place them inside
the bumper. Using the supplied bolt retaining washers and a 3/4” socket press one on to each
tab to hold is into place.

• If you are installing a winch /or lights do so at this time per manufactures instructions.
• Place tape on the edges of the body to prevent the paint from scratching.
• Now using a friend to help you loosely attach the front bumper to the brackets makingsure that
all four bolts line up. Then use four washer, lock washers and nuts to hold bumper into place.
• With the bumper in place adjust one side a a time till you get the it in the right location then
tight all the bolts.

• Install the winch to the bumper using the supplied Allen Bolts and Washers.
Note - Install the Flairlead bolts before you mount the winch.
