SUGGESTED REMEDY

Check power supply cord
Check / reset circuit breaker

Turn on and set for desired
temperature. See page 15

Allow to cool (1012, 1040 or
1072), or allow to cool and
reset hi-limit (1086, 1088)

Examine wiring & connectors,
controller, power board and
heating element
Repair/replace as needed

Adjust controller. See page 16

Use one (1) genuine Bloomfield
filter per brew

Thoroughly clean brew chamber


Check/reinstall gasket on
INSIDE of brew head

Clean spray disk

Check keypad, controller, power
board & solenoid
Repair, replace as needed

Turn water supply ON

Clean solenoid screen

Clean strainer


Replace filter element

Turn faucet valve ON

Disassemble faucet, clean

POSSIBLE CAUSE

Brewer unplugged or circuit
breaker tripped

Temperature adjusted too low
or set to OFF

Hi-Limit thermostat tripped



Damaged internal component or
wiring



Timer out of adjustment

Too many filter papers or wrong
filter paper

Brew chamber dispense hole

Spray gasket improperly

Water supply OFF

SYMPTOM

Water won’t heat














Coffee level too high or low

Brew chamber overflows





Sprays water from brew head

Poor coffee quality

Keep brewer, airpots and servers clean. Install a taste and odor
filter in water supply, and replace cartridges regularly.
Use a quality coffee with a consistent roast. Use proper grind and
amount of coffee per brew.
