CONSTRUCTION

n 304 stainless steel construction with #4 satin finish
n 316 stainless steel interior cooking surface for added corrosion

n Stainless steel pipe shall support the kettle and tile console.
n Tilt console houses the steam control and tilt mechanism
n Hemispherical design on bottom of kettle for superior heat cir-
culation
n Stainless steel, self locking tilt mechanism permits kettle to tilt
forward 90° to empty
