DESCALING SIGNAL
This function permits to reset the “DESCALING”
message after descaling the machine.
• In the programming mode, press “
∧∧∧∧∧” or “∨∨∨∨∨”
to select the function:
SIGNAL. DESCAL.
and enable it by pressing “ENT”.
The following message will appear:
SIGNAL. DESCAL.
NO
• Press “
∧∧∧∧∧” or “∨∨∨∨∨” to select the function:
SIGNAL. DESCAL.
YES
• Press “ENT” again to reset the scale counter.
• Should this function be selected when the
message “DESCALING” is not shown on the
display, the following message will appear:
QUANTITY WATER
NOT REACHED
Press “ESC” to go back to the programming
mode.
Important: if you do not wish to reset
the counter, press “ESC”.
Important: after routine descaling, it
is recommended to reset the counter.
This will prevent you from forgetting to
descale the appliance.
TIMER
The machine can be programmed to switch
automatically from the

function to the
ENERGY
SAVING

mode after a certain amount of time has
elapsed. The timer may be set from 0 to 12
hours, with 15-minute intervals.
The timer starts counting from zero after every
dispensing operation.
If “0:00” is shown, it means that the timer is off.
• In the programming mode, press
∧∧∧∧∧” or “∨∨∨∨∨”
to select the function:
TIMER
and enable it by pressing “ENT”. The display
will show:
STANDBY
AFTER 0:00
• Press “
∧∧∧∧∧” or “∨∨∨∨∨” to select the desired time
and memorise the setting by pressing “ENT”.
RINSING CYCLE
With this function, all the coffee brewing parts
undergo a rinse cycle with water.
During the rinse cycle it is
recommended that a person be on
hand to supervise the operation.
• To start the rinse cycle, press “
∧∧∧∧∧” or “∨∨∨∨∨” to
select the function:
RINSING CYCLE
to enable the function press “ENT”. Press
“ENT” again to start the rinse cycle.
• When the rinse cycle is completed, the
following message will appear.
FILL WATERTANK
At this point fill the water tank. The machine
will automatically switch to the normal
operating mode and the following message
will appear on the display:
SELECT PRODUCT
READY FOR USE
