**LOOP BYPASS OPTION

**LOOP BYPASS OPTION

Internal switch toggles between two bypass modes: Loop Bypass or Loop
On. When in Loop Bypass mode, the Send/Return effects loop is bypassed
when the pedal is off. In Loop On mode, the Send/Return effects loop is
active while the pedal is off. This can be accessed by removing the back
plate of the pedal.

POWER
The MXR Noise Clamp can be
powered by one 9 volt battery
(accessed by removing the bottom
plate of the pedal), a Dunlop
ECB003 AC adapter (ECB003E in
Europe) or a Dunlop DCB10 DC
Brick power supply.

DIRECTIONS
• Run a cable from your guitar to

your Noise Clamp’s Input jack
and run another cable from the
Noise Clamp’s output jack to
your amplifier.

• Run a cable from the Noise

Clamp’s Send jack to the input
of the first pedal in your effects
chain. Run another cable from the
Noise Clamp’s Return jack to the
output jack of the last pedal in
your effects chain.

• Turn the effect on by depressing

the footswitch.

• The volume threshold is the

minimum level required to turn off
the noise clamp.

• Rotating the Trigger knob

clockwise raises the Noise
Clamp’s volume threshold for
hard clamping, while rotating
it counterclockwise lowers its
volume threshold to let through
quieter notes.
