Preparing Stored Loader for Mounting
If your loader has been completely collapsed for
long-term storage, it is necessary to expand loader
first, before it can be mounted on tractor. Follow
instructions below to prepare loader for mounting.
1.
Slowly drive tractor up to loader until hoses will
reach from loader to control valve couplers.
2.
Make sure quick couplers are clean. Connect
quick couplers between tractor and loader.
Match color coded bands when connection
couplers.
3.
Start tractor engine and release tractor brakes.
Operate lift control to extend lift cylinders until
side frame uprights will clear front axle. Make
sure counterweighted hinges swing fully open.
Proceed to instruction 1 in “Mounting
Procedure” below.
NOTE: Tractor may have to be moved backward or
forward while extending lift cylinders to maintain
slack in hydraulic hoses.
