3. Press OK then use UP or DOWN to select
ANSWER & RECORD or ANSWER ONLY .
4. Press OK . Follow the voice prompt to begin recording
after the tone. Press SAVE to stop recording or BACK
to cancel.
5. When you are happy with your outgoing message, press
to return to standby or BACK to go back one step in
the menu.
Play outgoing message
1. On the handset, press MENU scroll DOWN to ANSWER
MACHINE and press OK .
2. Scroll DOWN to OUTGOING MESSAGE and press OK .
3. Scroll DOWN to PLAY MESSAGE . Press OK then use UP
or DOWN to select ANSWER & RECORD or ANSWER ONLY .
4. Press OK . The outgoing message is played.
6. Press to return to standby or BACK to go one step
back in the menu.
