For cutting herbs, onions, fruit, vegetables, hard
cheese and meat (see also Tips for cutting food in the
universal cutter").
The universal cutter is not suitable for grinding coffee
beans or cutting radishes.
CAUTION
Before cutting meat, remove gristle,
bones and sinews.
1. Fully unwind the power cable.
2. Place the universal cutter on a smooth, clean work
surface and press into position.
3. Insert the cutting blade.
4. Add the food.
5. Assemble the appliance:
a. place the attachment on the universal cutter,
b. and rotate in a clockwise direction until it clicks into
position.
6. Connect the motor unit to the attachment and
press down firmly while cutting the food.
7. Insert the power plug.
