5. Grip the hand blender and jug
and
6. press the ON/OFF button.
The hand blender remains switched on for as long
as the ON/OFF button is pressed.
To prevent the food from splashing, do not press
the ON button until the hand blender foot is
immersed in the food.

Risk of injury from sharp blades!
Rotating drive!
Never grip the blades on the hand
blender foot.
Never immerse the appliance in liquid
above the joint point between the hand
blender foot and the motor unit.
7. Always switch off the hand blender before taking it
out of the food.
Tip: To crush ice, put 2-3 ice cubes in the hand
blender jug or another plastic jug, hold the hand mixer
in the jug, switch on and then press onto the ice
cubes.
