Modify PIN

You can change the PIN number of the
machine (base unit). The factory setting is
0000.

Press Menu/OK.

Press a or b to choose Modify Pin.
Press Menu/OK.

Enter a 4-digit number for the current
PIN number.
Press Menu/OK.

Enter a 4-digit number for a new PIN
number.
Press Menu/OK.
Press 1 to confirm.

Note
Make sure that you make a note of your
new PIN number and keep it in a safe
place. If you forget or lose your PIN
number please call your Brother dealer for
service.
Restoring all the settings to
factory settings

You can reset all the settings you have
changed to the factory settings, such as the
phonebook memory, call history, Caller ID
history and other settings.

Press Menu/OK.

Press a or b to choose HS Settings.
Press Menu/OK.

Press a or b to choose HS Default.
Press Menu/OK.
Press 1 to confirm.
