Customer Service
The washing machine requires no special care
other than the care and cleaning noted above. If
you are having a problem with your washing
machine, before calling for service please refer
to page 35.
If service becomes necessary, contact your dealer
or installer or an authorized service center. Do not
attempt to repair the appliance yourself. Any work
performed by unauthorized personnel may void the
warranty.
If you are having a problem with your washing
machine and are not pleased with the service you
have recieved:
q First, please contact your installer or the AuthoĆ
rized Service Contractor in your area and exĆ
plain to them why you are not satisfied. This will
usually correct the problem.
q If after working with your installer or service perĆ
sons the problem still has not been resolved to
your satisfaction, please let us know by either
writing to us at

Please be sure to include, if writing, or have availaĆ
ble, if calling, the following information:
- Model Number
- Serial Number
- Date of Original Purchase
- Date Problem Originated

Also, if writing, please be sure to include a daytime
telephone number and a copy of sales invoice.
You will find the model number and serial number
information on the rating plate located on the inside
of the door above the door glass.
