q Press the Start/Pause button.
The program starts.
The indicator light shines (yellow).
The child lock is activated.
i The individual program steps are indicated in
the display field.
Deactivating temporarily the child lock
q Press the Start/Pause button and hold down
(5 seconds) until the Start/Pause indicator light
flashes.
i When Pause" is displayed, the child lock is
temporarily deactivated.
i When the Start/Pause button is pressed
again, the child lock is reĆactivated.
Deactivating permanently the child lock
q If required, press the Start/Pause button and
hold down (5 seconds) until the Start/Pause
indicator light flashes.
q Press the Menu button until Child lock: ON" is
displayed.
The  $ " symbol flashes.
q Press the Select button until Child lock: OFF"
is displayed.
Standard time/DaylightĆsaving
time
You can switch from winter to DaylightĆsaving time.
q Turn the program selector to the desired
program.
q Load the laundry and close the loading door.
The Start/Pause indicator light flashes (red).
Example:
q Press the Menu button until Standard time" or
DaylightĆsaving time" is displayed.
The Start/Pause indicator light flashes (red).
i The menu is being left if a button is not pressed
within 10 seconds.
q Press the Select button and select DaylightĆ
saving time" or Standard time".
i The selected setting is retained after the wash
cycle.
