Troubleshooting

you are unable to solve the problem by following the below suggestions, please refer to the following page for
assistance.
WARNING: Under no circumstances should you try to repair the unit yourself, as this will invalidate the warranty and
could cause injury or death.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
No Sound The Volume may be set too low.
Check that you are not in Aux In
mode or Standby.
The Power Cord may not be
connected correctly.
Adjust the Volume level of the radio.
Press the MODE button to change
modes.
Reconnect the Power Cord firmly.
The Buttons on the unit are not
responding The unit may be in standby.
Interference from other electrical
equipment.
Press the button to ensure that the
unit is on.
Turn the unit off and disconnect the
Power Cord. Wait for 10 seconds, then
reconnect and turn the unit back on.
Radio Poor Reception There is weak aerial signal or there
may be interference from other
electrical equipment. Reposition the aerial and the unit for
better reception.
Keep the unit away from other
electrical equipment.
