there is intermittent sound disruption or static is heard

1 Check the battery status and recharge the headset if the battery

is running low

2 Check that the distance between your mobile phone and the

headset is within the specified operating range

3 Check if there are any barriers between the headset and your

mobile phone

4 For the best audio quality, always wear your headset on the same

side as your mobile phone

there is no sound when you turn on the headset

1 ensure that the headset has been paired with the relevant mobile

phone and is switched on

2 increase the volume on the headset

the headset cannot be paired

1 Please revisit the section “Pair your Breeze headset with your mobile

phone” and follow the steps accordingly.

2 ensure that you have entered the right Pin (0000).
3 delete all Bluetooth devices recorded in your mobile phone

and attempt to pair it with your Breeze headset again.

4 ensure that your headset is not connected to any other
