BRYSTON LIMITED WARRANTY
Brystonanalogaudiocircuitsarewarrantedtobefreefrommanufacturingdefectsfortwenty(20)yearsfromtheoriginaldateofmanufacture.The
warrantyincludespartsandlabour.
BrystonDigitalcircuitsandcablesarewarrantedforfiveyearsfromtheoriginaldateofmanufacture.Thewarrantyincludespartsandlabour.
Brystonproductshavingmotorizedmovingparts,excludingmotorizedvolumecontrols,arewarrantedforthreeyearsfromtheoriginaldateofmanu-
facture.Thewarrantyincludespartsandlabour.
Brystonwillremedytheproblembyrepairorreplacement,aswedeemnecessary,torestoretheproducttofullperformance.Brystonwillpayreturn
shippingcostsforthefulllengthofthespecificproduct’swarranty.
Intheeventofadefectormalfunction,contactBryston’srepaircentersforreturnauthorization.Productsmustbereturnedusingoriginalpackaging
materialonly.PackingmaterialmaybepurchasedfromBrystonifnecessary.Thiswarrantyisconsideredvoidifthedefect,malfunctionorfailureofthe
productoranycomponentpartwascausedbydamage(notresultingfromadefectormalfunction)orabusewhileinthepossessionofthecustomer.
TamperingbypersonsotherthanfactoryauthorizedservicepersonnelorfailuretofullycomplywithBrystonoperatinginstructionsvoidsthewarranty.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrightsandyoumayalsohaveotherrightswhichmayvaryfromprovincetoprovinceandcountrytocountry.
Asof2006-02-22BrystonwillonlywarrantyBrystonproductspurchasedthroughauthorizedBrystondealers.Brystonproductswithadatecode
of0608orhigher(datecodeformatis“yyww”,where“yy”isthetwoleastsignificantdigitsoftheyearand“ww”istheweekoftheyear)mustbe
accompaniedbyacopyofthebill-of-salefromaBrystonauthorizeddealertoqualifyforwarrantyservice.Thewarrantyistransferablefromtheoriginal
ownertoasubsequentowneraslongasacopyofthebill-of-salefromtheoriginalauthorizedBrystondealeraccompaniesthere-sale.Thecopyofthe
billofsaletoanysubsequentownerneedONLYincludetheNameoftheBrystonAuthorizedDealerandtheModelandSerialnumberoftheBryston
productThewarrantywillonlybehonoredinthecountryoftheoriginalpurchaseunlessotherwisepre-authorizedbyBryston.
