Press the
✔
button to select the
melody. You will hear a confirmation
beep.
The display will show STORED and
then RING MELODY.
Press the
✘
button until you return
to the standby screen.
Call barring
You can prevent a handset from making
outgoing calls by switching call barring on.
With call barring switched on the only calls
which will be allowed are emergency calls on
112 or 999.
Press the MENU button. The display
will show REDIAL.
Press the DOWN button until the
display shows BS SETTINGS.
Press the
✔
button. The display will
show AUDIO.
Press the DOWN button until the
display shows HS BARRING.
Press the
✔
button. The display
will show a flashing cursor and
ENTER PIN
.
Enter the PIN (factory setting 0000).
Press the
✔
button to confirm.
Press the DOWN button to display
either ON or OFF (the current
setting will have a
✔
next to it).
Press the
✔
button to confirm.
The display will show STORED then
HS BARRING
.
Press the
✘
button to return to the
standby screen.
If any numbers, other than 112 or
999 are dialled, the display will show
CALLS BARRED
.
To switch call barring on and off

Please note
The call barring will apply only to the handset
used to switch it on. If you want to bar calls
from other handsets then repeat the procedure
with the required handset(s).
