2. SIM card and battery
The SIM card and its contacts can easily be damaged by scratches or bending, so
be careful when handling, inserting, or removing the card.
Your device and its enhancements may contain small parts. Keep them out of the
reach of small children.
For availability and information on using SIM card services, contact your SIM
card vendor. This may be the service provider or another vendor.
Always switch the device off and disconnect the charger before removing the battery.
■ Remove the back cover
Push the back cover release button toward the
bottom of the phone (1) and at the same time,
lift the back cover away from the phone (2).
■ Insert the SIM card and battery
Important: Insert the battery exactly as shown in the diagram.
The contacts on the battery must be aligned with the contacts on
the phone for the phone to operate.
