To Charge the Battery
Plug the charger into a standard
AC wall outlet then connect the
connector to the bottom of your
phone.
When charging starts the battery
segments scroll and the phone beeps once.
You can use the phone during
the charging, but the charging
will be reduced for the duration
of the call. Note that if the battery
is completely empty and you are
using the Standard Travel
Charger (ACH-8U), you can’t
use the phone until it has enough charge to operate.
After the segments of the battery indicator bar
stop scrolling and the bar is entirely displayed,
the battery is charged.
If the battery is too hot or cold, the charging
may be interrupted.
