Using EPG (Electronic
Programme Guide)
You can choose the desired EPG system between
the Broadcast Guide or MediaGuide that needs a
internet connection.
Make sure you selected Broadcast Guide in the Guide Type
menu of Initial Setup (see page 25.) This setup can also be done
from the Setup / System Setup / Quick Setup menu or Setup
/ Preferences / Guide Type menu any time.

Select the on-screen Guide by pressing GUIDE, and
the Guide screen will appear highlighting details of
the channel and programme currently being viewed.
This may take a few moments to appear.
You can switch the time scale to 1.5 or 3 hours by
pressing the GREEN button.

for information on other programmes
scheduled for the channel selected. To highlight the
first programme in the genre grid, press the RED
button.

For details of other programmes currently available,
press
B
and

to scroll up and down the channel list.
As channels are selected, details of the programme
currently being broadcast will appear. Press

to
view information for future programmes.

For information on a highlighted programme, press

To set the timer for that programme, press the BLUE
button to bring up the Programme Timers menu.

go back to the previous page.
From the Guide screen, you can use the genre selection and
search features.

In the Guide screen, press QUICK.

to highlight Genre Colour in the Quick
Menu and press OK.

With the focus on a particular genre, press the desired
coloured button to assign. Four colours will be
available to set. Press BACK to go back to the Guide
screen.
MediaGuide is a service of Rovi Corporation. This service is an
integrative media guide through the Internet besides television
contents and internet contents.
NOTE:
• You need to configure a home network before using this
feature (see page 13).
• Make sure you selected MediaGuide in the Guide Type
menu of Initial Setup (see page 25.) This setup can also be
done from the Preference / TV Guide Selection menu any
time.

Press GUIDE on the remote control, or select Guide in
the TV Programmes menu and press OK.
The Listings menu in the Secondary Navigation will be
selected.
Default focus position is the current channel.
