Cannot.play.back.a.disc.
Make.sure.that.the.BD.Player.supports.the.disc.
Make.sure.that.the.Blu-ray.Disc.player.supports.the.region.code.

For DVD+RW/+R or DVD-RW/-R, make sure that the disc is
finalized.
